- Yes, it is true we offer standard ground FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $50. Enter code "FREESHIP" during checkout to take advantage. The only restriction is we cannot offer this promotion to bulk orders. The size of the orders we choose to consider too large for FREE SHIPPING is at the discretion of Envee Apparel. International orders are subject to validation and will only be charged domestic shipping. Do not enter the code during checkout for international shipping. - Shipping & Delivery
- How long do orders take to ship? Generally, domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed and take 3 or 4 days to arrive. International orders can take 1-3 days to ship and delivery times will range from 1-2 weeks, depending on where you are. Of course, none of these are guarantees, so it’d be a good idea to allow a week for your domestic order to arrive after being placed and 2-3 weeks for an international order. If you need it sooner than that, contact us directly for additional shipping methods.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

- Envee Apparel will use its best endeavours to safeguard the privacy of its website visitors. What information do we collect?
We will collect personal details appropriate complete your purchase, ship your produc, answer your questions and if you choose, sign up for our newsletter. This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Returns & Replacements
- If you’ve received the wrong product or the shirt is defective, you may choose to either be reimbursed for store credit or to exchange it for a different shirt (specify shirt size and design type). Contact Us for mailing information. When you send it back, include a note to specify which method you prefer.
- Ordering
- We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. To place an order, simply visit the page of the product you wish to purchase, add the item to your cart and follow the easy checkout steps. Please visit the Contact Us page and fill out the form on that page if you have any trouble. If you find that you’ve made an error in the order, please Contact Us ASAP. Envee Apparel will do it's best to fix the error, although orders that have already been processed cannot be changed. In this case you’ll just have to send it back once you receive it. Unfortunately we will not be able to reimburse the shipping charges, but we do our best to get you exactly what you need.
- Do I Need PayPal?
- No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- Pricing & Promotions
- All prices are based on the quality of the shirts used, this is why the women's apparel is priced higher than the men's. Any discount codes are posted in advance on the Envee Apparel Blog, so be sure to check often. Usually, discount codes are for specific dates and times, so if you want to stay up to date sign up for our newsletter below or just send me over an email. Every order over $50 qualifies for free shipping (bulk orders exempt) so if you like more than one shirt, you can save some greenbacks that way. If you’ve got an interesting story or some pics of you sporting Envee Apparel for all the world to see, I’ll probably be inclined to set up a coupon just for you!
- Viewing Orders
- You may view your order at any time by simply logging into your account using the details in the email sent to you at registration. Please note that we do not routinely access this information and it is in your interest to make sure that you keep your details safe and secure. If you choose to save your credit card details in your account they are safe from hackers (we use an extremely robust server encryption method).
We cannot accept any responsibility for losses incurred through a failure to secure your account details. If you did not create an account, any order details are unaccessable through our website. Please visit the Contact Us page and fill out the form on that page if you have any questions.
- Updating Account Information
- We ship to the address that we have for you on your account (or alternatives as advised by you during checkout). This means that if you place a repeat order and have changed addresses, or require delivery to an alternative address you must change this in your account.
If we send your order to the address on your account and you no longer reside there - you will still be charged for your order.
Please carefully check all delivery addresses for accuracy.
- What Kind of Shirts Do You Print on?
- All Men's shirts are 5.5oz Pre-shrunk 100% ring spun cotton for a softer feel every time you wash it. ¾" Set-in collar; double-needle bottom hem and sleeves. All Woman's shirts are printed on light weight 3.4oz combed cotton for the softest feel; set-in neck with a delicate 1x1 rib has no over stitching to give a sophisticated, fashion-forward look. Most importantly, all shirts are designed with passion.
- How Do I Wash Without Harming The Design?
- Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. Be sure to wash dark colors separately and do not iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned. Also, hang-drying the shirts is preferable, but not really necessary.
- Do You Have A Newsletter?
- You can sign-up for our newsletter by entering your email address in the "Newsletter Sign-up" box located in the lower left corner of our website. Once you do that and confirm your email your in! When you sign up for our newsletter you automatically become an Envee Apparel Insider. As an Insider, you will be able to stay up to date with the events, promotions, and Insiders only contest. We will never give or sell your email address to an outside company. We won't flood your Inbox. When we have something important to tell you, we'll be in touch.
